Carnival Splendor Alaska cruise: what gluten free meals are actually included in the "free" dining?

In the included ("free") dining, does anyone know what gluten free meals or options are actually available?

- Are the menus in the free dining marked with the gluten free dishes listed?

- Is there an Indian or Chinese restaurant included in the price?

I have seen their page https://www.carnival.com/about-carnival/special-needs/dietary-needs

We will be going very soon, on the  Carnival Splendor Alaska cruise.

Any information is appreciated.

You should ask this on the Carnival forum.   Here's the link for you:

Ships are by now quite accustomed to special diets, including gluten free.  It is always best to notify special needs prior to your cruise, but when onboard, in the MDR, speak to your head waiter.  Every night they will give you the menu for the next night and help you choose your meal.  There is always an Indian vegetarian choice.  There is always Indian and Asian food available, though not always on the menu.  Much of the crew is Indian/Filipino/Indonesian and thus it is always available in the crew mess.  You would be surprised what you can get when you inquire nicely.
There is an Indian section aft on Panorama deck by the Serenity area.  I think it may only be open for lunch.  EM
