What time can I embark?

I can't seem to find information about this; what time can I board the ship? I just booked my first cruise today,  8 days with the Bellissima, starting and ending in Valencia. I will arrive by plane at 11.40 in the Morning and the ship will depart Valencia at 21.00. So can I go straight to the ship to board and explore it, or do I have to wait untill the formal embarkation time yet to be known? I asked this and other questions of MSC via mail, but they are very slow in replying. I booked Yacht Club, by the way, if that makes a difference.

And as I said, this will be my first cruise. What are the first things I need to do after I board. I saw some youtube videos with tips, but many of them don't seem to be valid for MSC, because MSC has embarkations and debarkations at every port, so there is a constant influx of new people at every port.

I would go right to port and look for white tents set up for YC guests.

They will take care of you and your luggage.
I would not worry about embarkation time as long as it is after 11:00 in the morning.

Since your flight arrives late morning, no problem going right to ship.

As far as first thing to do onboard…..

Have a drink and Lunch in YC restaurant.

Cheers!
