Problems with Board Access and Use

Suddenly, I can not read responses to a topic I posted.  When I click on the link under "notifications" it says I am not allowed to view this topic.  Also, it says I can not send messages:  "this feature is disabled".  Whats going on?  I have a valid account without restrictions.  I thought.  🙂  Thanks,

Link to that topic and I'll see if it works for me.   Last time I got the "not allowed to view" message it was because the thread was deleted.   As far as sending PM's that feature has never worked except for CC staff.  It indeed is disabled.

The Message feature only works for moderators and CC staff.

 

There are several reasons why you might not be able to view linked content. 

 

• Occasionally CC will logout the user so when he trys to view the notification link, access is denied. A page refresh may clear up the issue or at least make it apparent.
• The linked post may have been removed by a moderator. When posts are moved or removed, the notification is not updated.
• The thread may have been removed.
