Wondering when they charge you at end of cruise is it settled in Geneva Switzerland? Or is it based in the US?

Heard someone say it was Europe on their cruise recap and they cruised out of the US.

Before the pandemic they used to set your account 15 days after your cruise out of a French bank, so if you lived in the US you'd need to have a credit card with international permissions and pay the international fees. Don't know if they retain same practice on the US sailings or for the US market.
