Booking Excursions for another cabin

Hi

I have booked 14nights on Iona on 29th Oct. 

I am taking my neice & my parents who are both in their 80s.

Being a frequent cruiser I get a loyalty discount when I book my excursions before we sail.

As far as I can see I can book for myself and my neice who is sharing my cabin but how do I book for my parents or is this not allowed? I'm sure I have done it on board before but do not want to risk the trips being sold out as my parents can't get about independently any longer.

We have booked for friends in another cabin on previous cruises but have been told this time it is not an option.

I always booked excursions for my parents and our children but had to use their booking reference to do that on my computer. I couldn’t do it from my booking reference. I used to book them all straight after each other just to ensure that there were places for all 7 of us on the same excursion.

We are all on the same booking reference. I would just like to surprise  & treat them.
