Can anyone advise if they have converted the parking Garage  at pier 5 to pay on entry yet?   Parking administration advised last month it would be converted when equipment arrives to end the big backup when you leave and each person has to stop and pay.     Nancy and Bob The Villages , Florida

No it's still pay as you exit

Get off early.  The backups are real. 

 

This July photo was opposite the ramp on level 2 and backed up beyond the picture.  Taken at 9:30am.
