Personalizer and casino credit

Need help finding the personalizer, as we have or had  casino play which I now can't find.

Go to: my account > future cruise credits > onboard credits.

Log into your Princess account.

Click on "Booked Guests"

Under "Get Ready For Your Cruise" tab, click on "Access Cruise Personalizer"

Your credit should be shown at the bottom of the page.

Thank you very much. Can't find that credit but find new casino freeplay. Appreciate the help.
