Alaska is an hour behind Seattle. So 9am in Juneau is 10am in Seattle.

 

Most importantly, you need to know your cruise line/ship's policy on changing their clocks. Most cruise lines change their clocks, but one or two don't, particularly when its just one hour.

We were B2B on the Solstice in June.  We were on Alaska Standard Time.  You will be on local time in the Alaska ports.
