Cruising Feb from Canaveral. Pool question.

A group of snow birds want to cruise in February out of Port Canaveral or Tampa. Prefer Royal. Want to be able to swim. Any itinerary recommendations?

Southern will be warmest. The further south you go it will warm up. Even mexico will be warm enough to swim though.

Do western, they go lower than Eastern.  Although if you are from the north, you will probably think the water is warm enough regardless of what itinerary you do.  I live in SWFL so won't go in the water those months since too cold for me, but have been in Cozumel in Dec and was able to get in the water as it was warm enough for me.
