Unknown Charges Showing Up on Account

After leaving a Soujourn cruise we had unknown charges show up on our account. We called immediately to find out what the charges were for.  Two weeks later we are still waiting for a reply to emails or for phones to be answered. The latest number we were given was for HAL accounting where the phone message is always “Call back later to speak to an operative”.

Any advise out there!
