Can BinaxNow over the counter Antigen Self Test be proctored & accepted by RCCL for Canada/New England Cruise?

None of the COVID tests are FDA cleared or approved.  They are "authorized" under "emergency use authorization".  Abbott states this about Binax:  

 

The BinaxNOW™ COVID-19 Antigen Self Test has not been FDA cleared or approved. It has been authorized by the FDA under an emergency use authorization

If you are going to Canada doesn’t it need to be proctored
