ncl website limiting restaurant reservations

Trying to secure dinner reservations for 4 nights.  The package I have (balcony, 9 day cruise) states 2 free specialty dining dinners, and my platinum status allows for 2 additional.  However, I am only able to book 3 online.  I may have to reserve the 4th dinner once we get aboard, but was hoping to check this off my "to do" list beforehand.  Any ideas?  Has this happened to anyone else?

I assume that the 4th meal that you are trying to book is at a restaurant that you have already booked? For a while now the website is not allowing multiple reservations at the same restaurant.

 

Apparently you can get round this by calling, or using the online chat.

Had this happen when booking dining for the Star in July.  I could book one night in each restaurant, but not a second.  I called my PCC and in less than a minute he made them for me.

Phone the Reservation number (1 800 327 7030) and sort it out now.

I called the customer service line this morning and got straight through.  Had 6 specialty restaurant dinners to reserve and all were completed within 10 minutes.☺️
