soloadventurer Posted September 11, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2022 I assumed the Verifly would update the new Carnival protocols automatically. I was wrong. My 4day cruise was fine but my 8 day was still asking for a negative test result. I emailed Verifly who quickly replied - saying first off check the app is up-to-date which it was - second delete the app which clears all data and reinstall. We cruise out of Jacksonville 9/19 and its doesn't show needing a COvid test. We are fully vaccinated 9 and boosted) and have already uploaded our vaccine records.
