I don't think we will be down for a Med or Caribbean cruise for her first season, but might be prepared to do something like that in a couple of years.

 

Usual Timeline:

3 - 5 years - 1st Australian summer season

10 - 15 years - full time Australia

25 Years - becomes Pacific Sun

I was just looking at the video before I seen your post....

 

My first impressions are....

      Yeah Nar, to glitzy, Too BIG, for me, Miles to glitzy.😞

OK yes, yeah I'm old and crotchety, but I not fan of gloss everywhere.😟

I like old fashion club comfort with soft lighting and cosy atmosphere.☺️

FAR too BIG for me as well.

Yes, it is BIG. 

We have given up trying to explore everything on large ships, and just pick a few spots we like to hang out, and book a cabin near one of the lifts. QM2 is the exception, and we did a lot of walking on those decks.

 

Renderings and real life can be different to real life, but I detect a bit of a step change. It has a familiar Royal Caribbean bump midship, and a colour palette that looks more like Celebrity.
