Unsupervised self test embarkation experience

Anyone have any new experience since you are now allowed to self test unsupervised?

 

Did they even check your test results etc?

Someone posted a few days ago that they were going to use a negative pregnancy test and see what happens. I hope he posts his results.  They now give a cursory look and move on.

I left on harmony on September 11th, I took a negative test with me, they didn’t even check that nor did they check my wife’s vaccine card. I was stressed for no reason. Everything feels back to normal. So don’t overthink it.

It’s just silly imo.  What’s the point of requiring a test at all if you aren’t going to bother making sure it’s actually been done currently and properly? Either do it properly or don’t do it at all!

 I believe this is referred to as "check the box' mentality.  Is a test required? Yes; Did they show evidence of a test? Yes; Check the boxes and move on.
