Additional guests at reserved table in Chef's Table and Manfredi's

We made our reservations at the specialty restaurants and want to invite other cruisers to dine with us. They are in a lower cabin class so we couldn't add them when we reserved our table. Do we wait until we're on board?

Yes... go to the venue once onboard and the folks at the desk will work something out for you. It should not prove to be an issue. Obviously addressing this... the sooner the better.

Or, once booking opens for your friends, call Viking to add them to your reservation.  You may have to keep trying until you talk to someone who knows what to do. It will count as one of their advanced reservations.

In July on the Jupiter we found it easier to book a table for 6 than a table for 4. (Once aboard) And then we just asked someone new to join us!
