What wines are available at Vintages using the Deluxe Beverage Package on Harmony OTS without an extra cost?

Take a look on the app under Vintages and it will show a bar menu.  Up to $14 are included

They may also run into occasional (although seemingly fairly constant right now) supply problems where something on the menu won't be available.  That could be supply problems for the whole ship, or just for specific bars.  My wife drinks Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc and Whispering Angel Rose.  On our last cruise after a few days, the Kim Crawford wasn't available at Vintages, even though it was available in the pub.  Whispering Angel available in Vintages but not the Pub.  You would think that they'd keep Vintages well stocked with wine.  If it's available somewhere on the ship, it should be available there.   🤷‍♂️

Each bar is stocked individually every night based on the manager's skill and attention to details.

 

I was on a sailing where I asked for a beverage, and it wasn't available - I had to go to another bar that night. But guess what magic happened every night from that point on in the original location... 🙂
