I do not have a drink package or diamond voucher. I am using my cabin card to order a gin and tonic - do I get a paper receipt showing just the drink cost and the tip automatically added? If no paper receipt does the drink cost plus tip (assuming 18%) show up on my cabin bill? thank you

yes I have the same issue with the delay in refunds to my credit card. I have the old and new charges still in my balance. I cancelled them on 11/18/22 in the cruise planner order history.

We sail Jan 21, 2023 on Harmony and can not book entertainment. Has anyone sailing after 1/1/2023 been able to pre-book or reserve entertainment?

I got my royal up email offer for the HOTS sailing 1/21/23 3 weeks ago. it just depends what RCI third party wants to do. maybe it is size of ship or booking %.

I have the 7 day cruise compass, I am interested in what show/entertainment changes for the 8 day cruise? Port is Fort Lauderdale. Any ideas welcome.

Checked the other O class ships - none have sailed the 8 day eastern Caribbean route. emailed web_reservations@rccl.com and asked about info. If any valuable information comes back I will post about it. thanks for help

Just checked Harmony OTS itineraries. The only 8 day Eastern Caribbean is the one I am booked on sailing Jan. 21, 2023. All the other 8 day cruises are Southern Caribbean. Southern itinerary starts out with 3 sea days (includes depart day) versus eastern with 2 sea days. oh well some data is better than none. any other idea like calling RCCL customer service for the advance itinerary?

Biker19 - thanks for the reply. reading between the lines on your response - "set the app to that sailing" tells me I can put any sail date/ship in the RC app and it will show the itinerary? great advice if that works. thank you

Trying to plan show dates and times, to arrange dinner schedule. There are many 7 day cruise compass schedules posted but can not find any history on the 8 day sailing to be used planning. example which day/nights will Grease be shown? any info is appreciated. Sail date is Jan 21, 2023 on Harmony OTS.
