Restaurants and shops near pier open in the evening

Our RCCL Vision of the Seas January cruise is in port from 5PM to 11 PM. I see a lot of places close at 6PM. I was wondering if anyone can recommend  any good spots in walking distance from the  pier for a little shopping and food. Thanks!

Out of the cruise port turn right on LG Smith Blvd.  Lots of shops and several restaurants along the street toward the casino and in the Renaissance Market place.
