Priority Embarkation

Howdy!  We are getting ready to go on our first Azamara cruise, and we will be in a Club Continent Suite.  Does anyone know what "priority embarkation" means? Is it along the lines of Celebrity where suites can board at any time after boarding has begun (regardless of assigned arrival time)?

I looked around here and on the Azamara website, and I couldn't find much of an answer.

Thanks!

Not quite priority embarkation on Azamara really means a separate boarding line in the terminal.
Suites are still given allocated times across the range and it has been reported that some suite guests who went online to secure their boarding times nearer sail date were allocated later slots.
But we have in mind for all guests on Azamara the boarding process is generally much quicker than you would experience on Celebrity or Royal Caribbean etc

We’ve found that suite guests are taken onboard in the first couple groups, then verandah and below.  Probably with each boarding group

When we boarded Journey in Ravenna on Oct 6, we were signed up for the earliest (2 pm) slot.  We arrived about 1:30 and were processed with no wait.  [We were in the Suites line, but there was no line for the regular cabins either.]  Then we were ushered in to a waiting room with a Suites section and a larger regular section.  At 1:45 all the Suites guests were asked to board the ship – and before we got out of the tent they were already bringing the Cabin guests right behind us.  We went straight to the Muster Drill, and then the cabins were already available.  It was the smoothest boarding of any cruise ever – and it was just as good whether you were in a Suite or a Cabin.
