I’m guessing it will be either before or after the summer Europe season.  I’m crossing my fingers for before.

 

Pushing it off to the second half of 2024 would be nearly an extra year over the original plan. I suspect they would prefer to do it in the first half. But I bet the whole thing is driven 100% by cash flow projections given their pandemic recovery plan. If they have a strong end to this year and they actually hit 100% occupancy in the first half of next year, then look for the refit to be done in the first half of 2024.

Plus  2 new ships  coming  into the fleet

I agree $$$ is the problem 

Also the shipyards are playing catch up as well
