Royal Caribbean Horrible Customer Service... leaves family stranded

The rep knew the cruise was a transatlantic.

This regardless of what passenger told him .

RCL reps gave out false information .

We sailed two Greece cruises in October and then the repositioning on Wonder from Spain to FL this past week. We received constant emails regarding the boarding expectations. We also had those same expectations listed on the app and our TA sent them as well. If you are paying attention the info is there, the lawyers make sure of this so the cruise lines are covered. Always have trip insurance and a TA if at all possible. Trips go much smoother when a TA helps along the way. I feel for anyone though that has a trip ruined due to misunderstood information.
