Current ocean/water temps- PV, Mazatlan, & Cabo?

We're just wondering if the current water temps are condusive to swimming right now? We've got 2 kids and would like to go to the ocean. We sail Dec 3 and I think our first port is maybe the 5th or somewhere in there. We definitely were looking at a beach day for PV. Thanks for your help.

In PV it is about 75f or 24c.  This is pretty typical, and we have found that the water is usually in the low to mid 70s for a good part of the winter.  At times it can dip into the high 60s.  We are generally on the beach, every day, during Jan-Mar.
