Navigator- can suite concierge do this?

I am organizing my first slot pull for my Feb sailing.  I am struggling to find out how to contact the casino host ahead of time, to notify them, and ideally get an end machine reserved and possibly get some trinkets.

 

Can I ask the suite concierge to do this,  after I get their welcome email?

Of course you can ask and will probably get the email for the casino manager.  I once asked the suite concierge to arrange a sail away party for 14 in our cabin with food and bar.  He gave me the email for the catering manager.
