Free at sea plus wifi

Just bought free at sea plus package, says it includes unlimited Wi-Fi with streaming. Anyone any idea why it says to phone them up? Surely it’s automatically added to you account? Thanks

Unfortunately you are reading it wrong. The plus package includes unlimited wifi. If you want unlimited wifi with streaming (so you want to further upgrade from unlimited to unlimited streaming) you will need to call them and there is an extra price for that. 
 

The free at sea wifi includes 75mins of wifi. Upgrading to free at sea plus gives you unlimited wifi but without streaming. If you want to upgrade to premium unlimited with wifi you need to call and pay even more.

you current have the basic wifi internet. that why it says to upgrade to the streaming package you need to call

We found the Unlimited with the FAS+ fine for everything we do, even WhatsApp voice calls and VPN were working fine, the only thing we could not get (blocked) was YouTube as its classed as streaming.
