Elegant nights on 8 day cruise (Horizon)

Leaving for the ABC 8 day cruise on the Horizon at the end of April. Which nights are the elegant nights? I want to reserve specialty dining, on the sea days that are not elegant nights. Our itinerary after embarkation is 2 sea days, then 3 port days, and then 2 sea days. Thanks!

sounds like it will be the first sea day in the beginning of the cruise and the first sea day towards the end of the cruise which will probably be Sunday and Friday.

Would this be the same if we are doing the Aruba, Bonaire, La Romano and Amber Cove 8 day?  It is 2 sea days, 4 stops and then a final sea day?  Assuming Day 2, but what about the 2nd elegant night?
