Symphony TA Royal Up doesn't work

I received an email for an opportunity for a  royal up on the Symphony TA  but  it doesn't work.   Who do  I contact.

Royal has very little to do with Royal Up.  It is a third party company that partners with 70+ large corporations that include cruise lines, air lines, and they are now looking into Hotel Chains.  Company is called Plus Grade and located in Canada, Singapore and New York. To quote the Borg, contact would be futile.....

Some percentage of booking numbers don't load properly over to Royal UP/Plus Grade.  It's a feature.  I called RCI Reservations and they sold me a room change+ upgrade.
