We have booked a  transfer from FCO airport to downtown hotel with a four hour city tour before hotel drop off with Rome Cabs what would be appropriate Tip in Euros please?

The next day we have all day Tour Rome To Pompeii and back to Rome, again whats a appropriate tips?

last we book transfer port back to FCO what’s an appropriate tip? 
all these are a two person bookings
