Question about Sanctuary and food delivery

I have never ordered food with the app before; can I order drinks and food in the sanctuary? I have the drink plus package. Do I tip them when they deliver the drinks or food to me every time?  I don't want to be a scrouge, but a $5 tip on every drink gets to be pricey.

Yes you can order for anywhere on the ship.  Please do not add to the tipping everyone culture onboard.  That is double tipping as you are charged a daily also.
