miracle....good for teenagers

i just booked a cruise on the miracle for easter break in march of 05. we have a 16 year old and 15 year old. is this a good ship to take them on???? thanks.

I'll let you know in Nov. after I cruise on the first sailing out of Tampa.

Carnival is for families because there are many activities for children and adults. You can ask someone who has sailed on the Miracle for a copy of their Capers. The Capers is the newspaper of the day that Carnival prints listing times for activities.

Lisa I was on the Miracle last spring break, there were plenty of kid's in that age group. The rest will be up to your kids. I think there is as much fun to be had as they want to look for. Have a great time she is a beautiful ship, John

We booked the Miracle for 12/26/04, but have sailed on the Spirit and Legend Presidents Week and our kids loved it, they can't wait for the Miracle.

Spirit my son was 17 and Daughter 19
We sailed the Legend by ourselves for our 25th Anniversary, on the Miracle my son will be 19 and daugher 22

They will have a blast -- the Spirit Class ships are the BEST!!!

I would think during spring break that ANY ship would be good. I'll have my 2 teens (18 and 16) with me as well as my friend's kids who are the same age, next month. I'll let you know how it goes!

Lisa and I are probably booked on the same cruise - the [I]Miracle [/I]Western Caribbean leaving Tampa on March 20th. Our party of four includes two kids, but younger (8 and 11). Given it is a school vacation period, the ship will be packed with children of all ages.

On the first night is a teen meet. It is VERY important that your teens go to this meeting. Most of them think that is is lame and its not for them-- do yourself AND them a favor and force the issue.
Most teens that age think they are beyond cool so Carnival Camp is not for them. Hanging out with kids their own age is.
The first meeting is when the kids will meet and form their clicks. Hard to get in later during the week.
Any cruise your kids take- they will surely have a ball.
