First time on Celebrity/Rewards Program Info

So far I've only sailed on Royal Caribbean, and I've just reached Diamond in the Crown & Anchor.   Do I get  similar benefits?  At Royal I'd get 4 free drinks per day.    When I sail on Celebrity will I earn points that will level me up on Royal also?   Curious how it works.

They will enroll you as elite through a courtesy agreement with Royal. You will start with zero points and in order to get to elite Plus and you need to earn all the points on Celebrity..  Elite gets you unlimited drinks at most bars during the two hour happy hour from 5 to 7 PM (not the first night, though).  And also gets you access to the elite continental breakfast from 8 to 10 AM, with mimosas and bloody Mary’s.
