Yes, the 20% was added to the price of the bottle on our Sirena cruise this month.

I simply put some money in a special savings account based on my drinking a couple of cocktails per day, in addition to the wine/beer offered as part of O Life, so my drinks are already 'paid for.' The price of the upgrade was too rich for me and I've found over time that I never drink as much while on the ship as I imagined beforehand.
