Getaway: Question about our MyNCL page/account?

Hello Guys!

 

We have a Cruise with Getaway, but in our account there is a little sign saying "Jade". Do you know what that is? NCL confirmed that we are booked on the Getaway and not NCL Jade. 

 

We tried with the Chat agent on the website they could not help us,... Please see the attached picture... Next the black arrow.

Not sure, but just checked and mine says the same, I’m only booked for Getaway.

There was a fairly long thread about this but I can't find it right now.  It is a mystery lol.

Mine says Sun+Offer+OBC.    I am Sapphire latitude and booked on the Star.

It is your casino tier status. Different people have seen different things there. Mine says "Latitudes"

It's your Casino at Sea status level.

I've played in the Casino once in a while but never had a CAS booking.  My

Sun+OBC+Offer doesn't look like a Casino at Sea status level.

Interesting. Have you never, ever received a casino card? Maybe it's some sort of IT glitch...NCL's website would never glitch out, would it? 🤥

Maybe its the offer we got 2 speciality restaurant + 150 minutes wifi and 50 dollars for excursions at every port. Could that be called "Jade" ??
