Prima Spa Balcony?

We were offered to upgrade from our regular balcony to any level above ours on our 7 day to Bermuda in May on Prima.  Due to cost we would only consider the "spa balcony". The other levels are just more than we want to spend.  That said, I am concerned about the "speed car raceway" above the spa balcony deck and if it noisy. I keep debating with myself if I want to make that change since the location of our currant balcony is on deck 10 mid ship and fairly convenient to everything. Only reason I am considering the "spa balcony" is so we have a place to relax if our ship is at full capacity and it's packed with people. We also like the saua so there's that. Decisions decisions!!!   Has anyone here been in a spa balcony on Prima? What was your experienc? Thanks!
