TUI claim

Trying to claim off TUI for a flight delay. They phoned me and insisted they need the TUI flight reference despite me sending them our boarding passes. This was a P&O charter so our agent checked with P&O then said there's no booking reference. They said TUI were known for being obstructive.

Anyone successfully claimed off TUI, how did you get around this?

We’ve successfully claimed for flight delays with TUI charter flights to a P & O cruise recently. We didn’t do anything other than fill in the form on the TUI website. The reference number was something the form asked for. There isn’t a reference number as far as I know, I was told by our travel agent to just fill in 1234567 as the number. I’ve done that on 3 claims which all went through. Seems like they’ve done away with the form as a way of making it harder to claim, I can’t see the link to the form on the page I used before.

Good Luck!
