Can you do the Royal Caribbean Casino switch on P+O

Don't think I would be doing it as intend at present to use my obc for the drinks package on day 2.  However interested in the answer.  On Royal Caribbean you use your room card in the casino in the slot machines.  You can therefore transfer all your obc into casino slot money play a couple of times, cash out and then get paid in cash at the cashiers.

 

Can you do the same on P+O?

You do use your room card in the machines but when you spend money it does not come out of OBC
