Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas July 2023 Nassau Excursions

Hi all, my sister is planning a 7 day cruise (for me (40s), herself (30s) and her 8yr old daughter - we're all in average shape, average swimmers, with no mobility issues).

My picky sister doesn't seem to like the excursion choices offered by the ship while docked in Nassau. She doesn't want to do the beach, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins/stingrays or water sports, doesn't want to do a glass bottom boat, she doesn't want to do shopping or any historical walking tour/museum.

As you can see, my sister doesn't seem to like anything so I'm at the end of my rope with suggestions and that's why I'm turning to you!

Has anyone had great time in Nassau doing an excursions you found yourself, separate from what that ship offers? I guess she's just looking for more options.

We're not looking go to to Atlantis because it's too expensive on top of the cruise cost. Open to all other suggestions. I'll float them by my sister and see if she likes any of your ideas!

One of the days we are going to Coco Cay but we are not going more than 1 day.

Visit The Atlantis pavilion/hotel.  Her daughter will like the lazy river float as well as walking through the gigantic aquarium !  She can get her hair braided on the beach.

and you can gamble in their casino

enjoy !

For $200 pp.

I was looking at excursions for Nassau for my upcoming cruise in May. Ended up booking snorkeling but something I saw on the shipmate app (I hope I’m allowed to say that) and was considering was an afternoon tea. I think they also offered a chocolate excursion. Maybe your sister would like one of these 🤷🏻‍♀️
