3 Ships in Port Cabo San Lucas

What does Cabo San Lucas look like when there are 3 ships in port? 
We are on the 3rd ship and have the last arrival. We were planning on taking a taxi to Medrano Beach but now I am worried that all the restaurants will be full. 
Has anyone experienced this?

Yes it will be crowded, but the restaurants on Medano Beach always seem to be able to find a table/chairs for everyone.

Last week we went to The Office.  It was just before noon when we got there and pretty full.  They asked if we had reservations and we said no.  We waited 5 minutes and then they took us to a table right where the vendors came by on the beach, but we just said "no Gracias" and enjoyed our meal even with them stopping by.  They weren't real pushy.  The beach was super crowded, but we managed to get a water taxi within 10 minutes. $20 for 4 of us back to the terminal.
