Was the wind from the cruise ship moving through the court or is it enclosed?

From what I recall, it was sheltered front to back (bow to stern) and had some bleachers. The sides were not fully enclosed, but kinda sheltered .... Generally, I don't think wind was an issue if that helps.

Pickleball on Celebrity Eclipse is played on the SportCourt that is at the front of the ship.  There is no space between the baseline and the net surrounding the court.  The wind is terrible and makes playing almost unplayable while under way.  There were quite a few that showed up on the first day, and almost all the experienced players gave up and didn't play again.  I have cruised Royal and Celebrity about half and half.  On the Eclipse, the court does not work well unless in port and it's not windy.
