Switch a specialty dining reservation?

I recently saw a question about making a Specialty restaurant reservation, say like at Izumi Hibachi, and you have the UDP, you can ask them to use the UDP for that reservation when you get on board, and they will reimburse you in OBC for what you paid in your cruise planner ahead of your cruise? It didn’t sound right to me but I thought people here would have the right information. TIA

Yes, we have done it several times when we want a specific restaurant, night and time. You will be given a fully refundable OBC. Have read several post from people who want to make sure they get reservations at Hibachi.
