Payment and refund options

Looking for some helpful guidance. Balance for cruise is due soon. Hoping that one passenger is well enough to travel. I have some credit that could be used. Cruise is August 2023. So do I use the credit and pay the full amount? What’s the refund I’d receive if it turns out the passenger cannot travel due to health problems? I’m assuming there is no more lift and shift? I’m aware of travel insurance but this option isn’t viable atm.

lift and shift stopped some time ago I believe

there was Cruise with Confidence which allowed you to cancel for FCC but it ended at the end of 2022 after being extended many times (was book by end August 2022 for travel to end Dec 2022)
