Blue Bus to the Terminal in Barcelona

I have read a number of topics discussing when disembarking in Barcelona the Blue Bus can take passengers from the terminals to the Colombus Monument. However, I cannot tell if the Blue Bus operates prior to cruise ship embarkation.

 

If it does, we may walk from our hotel to the monument and take the bus.

I'm pretty certain that since they are taking disembarking passengers to the Monument that they then pick up people to take back to the ships for embarkation.

They did pick us up after visiting Barcelona, so why not embarking passengers. Please read the confirmation  on the Barcelona port  website  https://www.portdebarcelona.cat/en/web/port-del-ciudada/cruceros
