Taxes and fees go down, do I get a refund?

I just noticed that for a new booking on a cruise I have booked taxes and fees have gone down.

It is about $150 for the both of us.

Not sure if it is because they cancelled one of our port stops (Juneau).

Am I entitled to a refund on some of the fees?

What do I have to do?

It is worth at least a call I would think.

Sometimes port fees turn out to be lower than the cruise line planned for, and the refund is usually returned as OBC. On my last cruise, no port was cancelled, but I got back about $25 in port fees. That was on the last day, so I did a little souvenir shopping.

This happened to us last year on Cunard. The OBC actually showed up in what they call a smartphone app the first day, along with a note indicating why it was there.
