Manhattan - Back-2-Back cruise - parking at docks question

I have booked our first ever back to back cruise and have a question about parking.

Specifically, at the Manhattan NY docks.

Anyone have experience with this?

Can i arrive and pay the parking for both cruises at once?  WIll i be required to drive out of the lot on the layover and then go right back into the parking area and pay for the second leg?

I live close enough that my plan is to get dropped off and picked up.  The parking fee is way too pricey for even on leg IMO.

Lol we live 20 minutes away and just pay to park. It’s so convenient, and cheaper per day than when we drive into the city.
