Going on July 22,2023 cruise from Fll to Quebec City . Wondering if any vaccine requirements in any way ,or proof of vaccines!

That is not correct it depends on which ports you are going to. On a Panama cruise that stops in Colombia you either need to be vaccinated or show a negative test. You can always check the health advisory for your cruise on the Princess website.  Requirements may change at anytime
