Do we think that Riverside will offer anything to the Crystal River Cruise clients that lost money?  They did take over 3 of the former river cruise boats that the former Crystal had.  Hoping Riverside does something similar to what A&K provided.

I was pleased to see the offer that New Crystal made to customers who had been burned by Old Crystal – but they bought not just the ocean ships but also the name and 'good will' so it makes a lot of sense.

 

Riverside is a German hotel company that only bought the river ships.  Not the name, not the good will – not even the mailing list.  So no, I would not expect any offer.  [But who knows?  It would be nice is they did.]
