Today I received an email from resortforaday re my upcoming day at Serenity.  Here is what they shared:

Greetings Cruisers!

We hope this email finds you well, and you are counting down the days until your upcoming cruise vacation. We currently show you have a Day Pass Excursion booked at the Serenity Beach at British Colonial while you are docked in Nassau, Bahamas. We have received notification from the property managers, that the British Colonial renovations and upgrades are now being completed in the courtyard and beach area. For safety reasons, the Serenity Beach will need to be closed until further notice. Guest currently booked with Day Passes to Serenity Beach will be able to enjoy the private beach area at the Margaritaville Resort. You will still check in as originally instructed, at the Margaritaville Fins Up Waterpark desk, and staff will escort you to the Margaritaville Beach. You will have access to use the restrooms, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels on Margaritaville beach. We wanted to reach out to you and let you know of this change to avoid any surprises at check in. Safe travels and enjoy your day in Nassau!

I then asked if my price would be honored and here is the response

The Serenity Beach pass price of $25.30 pp will be honored for you to use the Margaritaville Beach. You will still be able to check in from 8AM to 6:00P.M with access to the lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The only difference is the beach location is in front of Margaritaville and not in front of the British Colonial.

Resort for a Day guests are welcome 8 AM - 6 PM

 Access to the Margaritaville Beach

Lounge chairs, umbrellas & towels

Restrooms are available on property for day pass guests

Beach service is available for the purchase of food and drink

Walking distance from downtown Nassau

You got a good deal!

We actually cancelled!  Just found out my husband has chase cc points to burn so I booked a private excursion instead.  I was worried Margaritaville won't honor the pricing so decided to just use points.
