Elite Cruise

I have several Elite cruises booked.  Some came with $300 FP, while others have $500.  It all depends on what your offer says.  My first few Elite offers didn't have any FP, but the other benefits are so good, I try to book all of my cruises on Elite offerings.

I cruised the Celebration in late March on an Elite cruise, and the spa alternative was NOT given.  That was a first for me.

seeking advice from those who have sailed elite before.

booked on my 1st elite cruise on panorama, balcony, no funplay.

however, another offer (not elite) came up, for a suite, $200 funplay, DOUE.

although i'm interested in trying elite sailing for it's special benefits, leaning toward switching to the suite offer instead.

other factors: currently vifp gold, local/driving to the cruise port.

Are you given any fun play on Elite cruises?

Depends on the offer. My upcoming Elite cruise in July includes $2500 free play. The last offer I got for the new round of Elites includes $1000 free play. I have not cruised with Carnival since booking the upcoming one, so apparently my free play is dropping.

I was told by a land host, that $2,500 was the max, you must be an outstanding player!

Good to know! I only got that offer after a 3 day cruise that earned me multiple hand pays. I think they were trying to lure me back to get their money back! 🤣

What denom were you playing and what was your average bet?  How long, did you play for?

Anywhere from one cent to one dollar. Average bet was anywhere from $1.76 to $5.00 a spin - I change it up. And I played about as much as you can on a 3 day solo cruise, barring the casino being closed, ports, sleeping, meals etc. But I got 6 hand pays, so... Probably the most winning I've ever done on a cruise, but I won't do another 3 day.
