Specialty Dining Upgrade Pricing Change?

Does anyone know when the cost of the two meal specialty dining upgrade package increased? Is used to be 70.80 per person but it looks like it is now 82.80.

my upcoming cruises shows the total price is 82.80 too. Package now cost 69 per person, with gratuity it is 82.80

I have two specialty dining credits each for myself & DW.  When looking at menus for the Breakaway, I see that some Specialty Restaurants show as "a la carte" and others as "cover charge applies."  

 

How do the complementary dining credits work for each type of restaurant?

cover charge is for "fixed price" venues like teppanyaki or moderno. use a dining credit at those and your meal is covered. at "al a carte" restaurants, you generally get one from each category of items, although this could vary depending on a server's whim or how generous or attentive to policy the staff is.
