New Hotel Outside Mardi Gras Terminal

In February we noticed a new hotel being constructed right outside the cruise terminal to Mardi Gras.  Does anybody know which hotel it is and when it opens?  Will be SUPER easy, walk to the ship from hotel!!!

That's great, my wife is Diamond Elite with IHG.  We will definitely be staying there!!!
